Properly balanced virtually unbreakable fiberglass center with black waterproofed thread cover.  Handle is white leather with a chrome cap.  This whip can be used as a riding whip (gaited horses included), miniature horse driving whip and general training whip.  Fancy enough to use in the show ring!
